From the website of NLVM, it is written below.
“The National Library of Virtual Manipulatives (NLVM) is an NSF supported project that began in 1999 to develop a library of uniquely interactive, web-based virtual manipulatives or concept tutorials, mostly in the form of Java applets, for mathematics instruction (K-12 emphasis).”
This web is well-developed by experts in mathematics education. It has been developed since 2002 and revised many times to improve the quality.

Website Probability - Math is Fun

Mathisfun is also a very interesting maths website. I have used this website a lot with teachers and students in Indonesia because they enjoyed it.
I also feel that the explanation is quite easy to understand. It is communicative even for non-native English speakers.  It provides links of many mathematical concepts and some are very fun to learn and it’s easy to navigate. To learn probability from this website, just click this link.

Interestingly, it provides some questions and if your answer is incorrect, it will explain to you about the rigth answer. For example Question No 2.
